Terms & Conditions

1) SERVICE

Slate + Sale Studio provides custom digital listing marketing media (“Deliverables”) created from client-supplied assets (e.g., MLS photos, listing links, optional phone clips) based on the package purchased.

2) ORDERING & CONTACT DETAILS

You agree that the contact details submitted are accurate for delivery and approvals. If an assistant/admin places an order, they must provide the listing agent’s correct email for approvals/delivery.

3) REQUIRED ASSETS & APPROVAL

Production begins after we receive the required assets and confirm they are usable. If assets are missing, incomplete, or unusable, we will request replacements before production begins.

4) TURNAROUND TIME

Standard delivery is within 72 hours for Essentials and Pro, measured from the time required assets are approved as usable.

Elite delivery is within 72 hours after AI Twin setup assets are approved (including a usable voice sample where applicable). Setup timing depends on how quickly you provide acceptable assets.

5) REVISIONS

Revisions are included as stated in your selected package. Revisions cover reasonable edits within the original scope (e.g., minor text changes, pacing adjustments, small swaps). New concepts, major restructuring, or additional versions may require an additional purchase or fee.

6) BRANDING

Branding elements are included only if stated in the package or purchased as an add-on. You confirm you have the rights to use any logos, photos, and brand assets provided.

7) AI FEATURES

Where AI voiceover or AI Twin is included/selected, you confirm you have the rights and permissions to provide the necessary voice/image assets. We may refuse requests that appear to violate rights, impersonate others, or breach platform policies.

8) USAGE RIGHTS

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the Deliverables for marketing the specified listing and your real estate business across platforms. You are responsible for compliance with MLS/brokerage rules and local advertising requirements.

9) REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Because this is a custom digital service, orders are non-refundable once production begins.
If you request cancellation before production begins, we may approve it at our discretion; any non-recoverable processing or setup time may be deducted. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will receive a full refund.

10) DISPUTES /CHARGEBACKS

If you have a concern, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. We maintain proof of delivery and communication records for transaction verification.

11) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee leads, views, enquiries, or sales outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

12) CONTACT

Support and delivery communications are primarily via email. Mobile contact may be used only when necessary for delivery or clarification.
